My complaint is directed to the female front desk person on the left only which I have found all other contact 5 stars. This woman really needs training being your first contact person. She has been rude to me 5 times. Talks in a condescending way, makes you wait as she talks to family of hers on the phone. Scolds you if you arrive a few minutes early-I had to change for swim therapy and she was more concerned about getting in trouble making the entire lobby know. Just loud and rude. The word EXCELLENT is not enough to describe the super attention given tp me during my therapy sessions. The receptionists and all therapy associates were very attentive. Now I can walk up and down stairs, my legs are no longer experiencing stiffness, and my knee pain has gone from a level of 8 down to 1. I have learned quite a few tips for simple home exercises. Thanks
