Very friendly and professional and the staff really are helping the my total knee replacement rehab. I also have been working with Jim Carry and he is the best. The facility is well equipped and very clean. I highly recommend PVHMC PHYSICAL THERAPY.

This place is the worst! The receptionist is the worst! The office manager is the worst! I decided to drive out of my way to the Pomona location for physical therapy due to the incompetence of the chino location. I’m so glad I did! Not only is the facility much larger and cleaner with more equipment, the staff is much more friendly and professional. I had zero problems at the Pomona location vs a ton of unnecessary headaches and delays to my treatment at the chino hills facility. Do yourself a favor and make your appointment... read more

First visit was fine. There was some hands on treatment, explanation of what to do it home & handout and engagement with the therapist, Jim I think his name was. The next two visits I was left just sitting doing nothing in between exercises. When I had treatments before there was always conversation about how my weekly went was there any progress and pain levels, etc. Now, NADA, ZILCH, ZERO, I won't be glong back there.
