I recently bought a few shirts that in no way resemble the garments I ordered online. I was expecting a cotton/linen blend with nice stitching. They send me some cheap polyester/rayon rags that in NO way resemble what I ordered. They also only would offer me a 30 percent discount for the garments that were falsely advertised online.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, or you will get burned just like I did.
I have been swindled by Tommy Hilfiger. My return was first accepted and refund delayed. Then I was told my return wasn't accepted claiming worn item. I was neither refunded nor returned worn items. I suspect the evidence was lost. Tommy Hilfiger has conducted unjust enrichment.
Disgraceful customer service at Calvin Klein AU, when returning a item. They have the cheek to take $5.00 for the return and take more money as a bonus with out advising. Contact CK customer service and they are rude and very unhelpful. Would not answer questions and staff member would talk over me constantly. Contact their head office, PVH corp and no response as yet. They ripped me off, I am sure they are doing it to others and no way of getting it back via the company. Its fraudulent.
