Placed an order online for 2 screens and I received 1. Not a big deal, I contacted them to fix the issue. They gave me a full refund (which I did not ask for) and told me they closed the case. I therefore placed a new order for a new screen, which I still needed, and found out they had blacklisted me and I was told to go order elsewhere. Really not sure what tripped them but if that's how they treat customers I'll gladly order elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

After a couple of hours of searching and not finding anything to fit my needs, I stumbled upon this website on a last ditch Google search. These were exactly what I needed! I also appreciated the guidance the website gave to make sure I ordered the right ones as someone who has no HVAC experience whatsoever and no idea how PVC is measured. They also came quickly in 3 days.

Moved in to a new home, and needed a few different pvc pipe varmint screens. Was confused by internet searches; called Bill at PVC Vent Screen, and he was hugely helpful. Order arrived a couple days later, and was exactly what I needed. Excellent quality; I won't need to buy others, as these are stainless steel. American made, great service, fair prices. Excellent.

Great product! I’ve had a difficult time finding something for my HVAC drains, and this did the trick. Order fulfillment and shipment were both flawless! Thank you!
