Highly recommend Ben and Tommy. They really care about the individual needs of the client and take the time to build connection and trust. They provide support that not only improves physical health but also mental/emotional well-being.
David Chun at Puzzles Strength and Conditioning has had such a positive impact on my 13y/o autistic son’s health, fitness and self esteem. David is such a great person and he is very helping he is always making me challenge myself but also helping me strengthen up he’s very chill and calming and I would recommend him or Ben to help anyone but my 5 stars definitely going to David because he’s everything you can ask for amazing dude and very helpful and understanding thank you David for everything your the man 🤙🏻
