This has been life changing for the strength and physicality of my teen boy. David has been his constant Physio for over a year. My son loves attending and puts in 100% effort without being pushed beyond his tolerance. I personally could not of imagined the change that this place has created, physical strength matched by a can do attitude is now prevalent in my so . David has been a solid and the skills of the Physios here are fantastic. Any injury quickly seen to and magic hands have created quick recovery.
David and the entire team are amazing. Could not rate highly enough. Tom absolutely loves his sessions.
Highly recommend Ben and Tommy. They really care about the individual needs of the client and take the time to build connection and trust. They provide support that not only improves physical health but also mental/emotional well-being.
David Chun at Puzzles Strength and Conditioning has had such a positive impact on my 13y/o autistic son’s health, fitness and self esteem. Ben and David at Puzzles were really switched on about getting to know my son’s special interests (anime and manga) so that David was able to immediately make a connection with my son. David is such a great person and he is very helping he is always making me challenge myself but also helping me strengthen up he’s very chill and calming and I would recommend him or Ben to help anyone but my 5 stars definitely going to David because he’s everything you can ask for amazing dude and very helpful and understanding thank you David for everything your the man 🤙🏻
