Wow! This is an amazing little gem of a shop! There are so many cool games and wooden toys to be found here. Today everything is digital, but that just makes what this store has to offer even more special. For the price of a meal (nowadays) you can can get something that will last a lifetime. The staff (family owners) are also so friendly and knowledgeable!
Very fun shop with all sorts of puzzles that are laid out so you can try before buying. There were optical illusions, number puzzles, interlocking puzzles, jigsaws, the kind of puzzle where you have to fit the pieces into a set space, and much more. There was also a cat wandering around who let customers pet it!
I unintentionally started my Christmas shopping early. I was in Albuquerque Old Town and walked into the Puzzle store and found some wonderful wooden games and puzzles. Perfect gifts for my family. I’m so glad I went into the store.
EDIT: The owners have reached out, and have apologized. We are looking forward to going into the store next time we are in old town. A bad experience with an employee doesn’t equal a bad business . We appreciate the time they have taken to respond. If you are in town and looking for some fun activities or Christmas gifts I would recommend you stop in. If you like puzzles of any kind you absolutely must go to this shop. The store owner is knowledgeable and clearly has a passion for puzzles. Absolutely awesome store.
