Update as of 1/31/26: My original review still stands, and our boy has made leaps and bounds of improvements compared to when he first started ABA, OT, and Speech therapies 5 days a week for over a year now. We love our current OT- Lindsey, and SLP- Alden. Bre- BCBA, has been a wonderful constant in our lives, as well as the office staff! I can’t say enough positive things about puzzle piece. I get emotional trying to find the words. Learning your small child has any sort of delays is always overwhelming, no matter who you are. The staff at puzzle piece has been helping us out with speech and occupational therapies as well as being along for the ride as we were evaluated for and received an ASD diagnosis for my son when he was 2. He’s been seeing Cat for speech once a week since September 2024, and it’s mind boggling how different our communication is as of M... read more

All staff was very friendly, patient, and above all, extremely punctual and accommodating with any questions, concerns, scheduling. We highly recommend Puzzle Piece!
