I can’t say enough positive things about puzzle piece. I get emotional trying to find the words. Learning your small child has any sort of delays is always overwhelming, no matter who you are. The staff at puzzle piece has been helping us out with speech and occupational therapies as well as being along for the ride as we were evaluated for and received an ASD diagnosis for my son when he was 2. All staff was very friendly, patient, and above all, extremely punctual and accommodating with any questions, concerns, scheduling. We highly recommend Puzzle Piece!
My child has been going to therapy at Puzzle Piece, and I'm really impressed with the care they give. The therapists are skilled and caring, and they make sure the therapy fits my child's needs. He's made a lot of progress since he started there. I'm thankful for the great team at Puzzle Piece and recommend them to other families looking for good therapy for their kids.
My daughter was evaluated and I was told by scheduling department that they will contact me in two weeks it has now been over 3 weeks and no one called so when I called them to see if anyone tried to contact me how about NO and told me I had to call them to schedule the appointment. The communication in this facility is off and I do not want them working with my kid if they can't get it together. And the I don't care or oh well personalities at this location is horrible.
