These people have no idea about jewelry. They claim to be doing it for 18 years yet the guy barely looks 30. He doesn't know the difference between silver and white gold. When the jewelry is stamped with how many karats of gold, its real! Guy there was rude and started raising his voice like he was supposed to scare me. Don't ever try to pawn anything to them because they are not honest at all!!!

Just went to one of your shops. Guy was disrespectful and hell to my wife. Wanted to only give me $600 for my rifle valued at $1400. Said you guys didnt even do trades. Huge waste of my time. After I was told you guys would make a good deal with me.
This place was,is,and always will be tops for me. They go out of there way to make sure when you have to pawn you get a fair deal, and when your looking for the best deal on there merchandise they always pull threw. Glad to see they growing and will be here a long time
