Do not use this agency to prepare your taxes. I have a fairly uncomplicated return and the preparer omitted some very basic information that should have been included in with my tax return. I noticed this error, which resulted in an extra $300+ refund from the IRS. This office charges $200 to prepare taxes and I thought it was reasonable for some of the preparation fee to be returned, due to their error.
