The Cobble Classic bike shop really let me down in almost every way they could. My main three problems were/are: time it took to complete, quality of the job, and the price relative to the other two. First, it took two weeks to fix the front derailleur, a puncture flat, and adjust brake tightness. I would be ok with that time frame, I did agree to it, if they had stuck to what they said. Very knowledgeable staff and sales approach was terrific ! I am a finance director for Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, and Bentley and was given a 5 star white glove experience. My wife in I walked in late Saturday afternoon and rode home on two brand new Trek Marlin 5’s ! They had plenty of selection and even found the color I was looking for in the basement still boxed.
