walked in and just had a chat with chris , who was very passionate and extremely willing to help. he even offered to check his personal pile to help build me a fixie/single speed.
Had an amazing time talking with the staff today and left with a bike for me and my wife. We were all set up and confident to head out and tear it up. I’ve been bitten with the bug immediately, and am planning to return as soon as I can to give them more business. Love the overall vibe of this shop and if they don’t have it they’ll get it for you so you don’t have to do the leg work.
Called for help with tuning/fixing brakes on an E-bike I just got. Owner got upset claimed he’s going out of business and would have to charge me $125 for this work. Called another shop they said it would be max $25 repair and probably free…. Don’t take your E-bike here…. I’m sorry if your business is failing due to new products, maybe charge less for repair?
