Called for help with tuning/fixing brakes on an E-bike I just got. Owner got upset claimed he’s going out of business and would have to charge me $125 for this work. Called another shop they said it would be max $25 repair and probably free…. Don’t take your E-bike here…. I’m sorry if your business is failing due to new products, maybe charge less for repair?
Recently I brought in two bikes for service. A child’s bike that I had assembled myself and my own road bike for a tuneup after a decade of neglect. From the first phone call to loading the bikes on my rack to return home, the communication and service was exceptional. My child’s bike is now fully road ready and calibrated correctly, and my bike is shiny clean and road safe again. Highly recommended!
Speedy tune up and safety check on a new bike was really appreciated (in a few hours) & very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this shop.
We were a couple of out of towners that stopped in with a warped wheel in need of repair or replacement. We were camping in the area and planned on biking when the damage occurred. The gentlemen in the shop took care of us right away, offering options and prices, with an affordable solution and on our way in about 30 minutes. We appreciated the quick service and options available to us. I definitely would visit the shop in the future for sales or service.
