This place is always busy. When you arrive, you must press a button to enter the building. I find that very strange and somewhat disturbing. Is this an unsafe area? Will I be safe inside the building? This button must indicate that there have been problems in the past. Once inside you must put your last name into the computer and indicate your reason for the visit. I waited 20 minutes. The man who waited on me was friendly and professional.

Waiting in a short staffed office while they carry on personal conversations for wayyyy too long. Definitely adding to the long wait time.

Wait time is unacceptable. Over 2 hours. Have also gone several times where no parking and a huge wait only to go back at a later date/time and they decided to close. They have problems in all areas as English language can be a problem for some of the employees. Now I will have to pay late fees because of their erratic closures. Service has declined in the last 2 years.
