My family has been a customer for over twenty years. Had the pleasure of meeting the associates and establishing savings. People come and go and each has their concept of customer service. Recently, upgraded an account to take advantage of higher yields. In past have been able to transfer funds without penalty. No longer the case, bank accessed full year penalty on earnings and fees.
