I attempted to take $200 out. Machine did not dispense money, however debited my account. MONDAY 9/9/19 UPDATE: District manager contacted me to explain machine malfunction, and that machine was audited and showed no discrepancy. The money is still not available to me, as transaction is pending still. Once transaction settles the money should become available to me again and I will update this review again to 5 stars once my money is available. We have had two interest rate increases on our mortgage in the last year alone,last year was only .25% but this year will be a full 1.0%.

I went into Putnum Bank this morning seeking a notary public. Upon my inquiry, the teller said yes, and asked me if I was a customer or had an account. I said no, I just moved to the area. The teller said she was pretty sure they didn't notarize documents for non-customers. Then she went to an office and asked, "We don't notarize for non-customers, do we?" Ok. I can accept the fact that Putnum Bank will only notarize for ACCOUNT HOLDERS. Great. Isn't every person walking into a money making, service oriented establishment a ... read more
