Treated us like family. Did an unbelievable job on our wrecked jeep. It is better than before the accident. I'd have Doug and his crew take care of all of our vehicles if we lived closer. It is great to have someone you can trust to keep you on the road.

Listen, this company is dirty and unprofessional. If you are a female and unsure of where to go DO NOT GO HERE. You'll be dealing with ignorant employees, and they are NOT true to their word. Don't get screwed out of your money like I did. SEARCH ELSEWHERE!!!!!

I went looking for a simple state inspection. I was told my ball joint was bad and needed replaced. They quoted me $250 to fix it, charged me $11.66 for the reject sticker, and then told me next time to ask for a pre inspection first to avoid this in the future. I got my ball joint fixed elsewhere for $94 and it wasn't so far gone it had to be replaced immediately. Putnam auto repair has hours posted online which they don't abide by, no hours posted in the shop, and their voicemail is full so you can never get a hold of thes... read more

Doug and "Tank" are the backbone of this business. They both have extensive experience in the auto repair fields. I took my truck with a blown engine to them and they fixed it right the first time. They looked my truck over and treated my money as if it were their own. They did not try to get me to spend money I did not need to. They are a little over worked as of right now (April 24, 2013), but the wait was worth it in the end.
