Awful! Pushys has refused to honour the return of my recently purchased, unused and very expensive bag. Instead, they are refusing as the plastic bag in which it was posted has been mislaid. I supplied evidence showing that I was in hospital with cancer when the pushys bag arrived, hence I could not initially locate the plastic bag.
