I think Push is ok if u only want simple payroll for 1 location. Anything else and I recommend using ADP or Gusto. I have used all of them and Push was ok for my coffee shop but it’s not good for restaurants with more than one location or lots of employees. I can never get them on the phone and they don’t respond to email. They are starting to charge too much with all the add ons. Im going back to ADP

This company is generally adequate for routine support issues, but our recent experience with a payroll-related matter has been extremely disappointing. Because a federal holiday falls on our normal payday, we reached out for assistance with payroll processing. The options presented were either to estimate timecards for approximately 130 employees or completely alter our pay period structure and manually remove a day that employees had already been paid for. I wouldn’t recommend Push to anyone. Three times in a row they don’t pay my employees on time. They are always full of excuses and they have terrible customer service. They sell you product that don’t exist in the sales call. I have switched to gusto and it is much better, easier to use, I could set it up myself. The Push mobile apps don’t even work! If you’re considering using Push, pick a different software.

I’ve been using push for the last 5 years, very easy to use, customer service is great and better than other programs I have used in the past. Some of these negative reviews don’t make any sense so Don’t pay attention to them. Push is the best in the biz for a reason. Highly recommend and keep up the great work!
