I do NOT recommend this law office. Our case was closed out June 2024. We signed affidavits to settle with insurance. Its Jan 2025 now. For over 7-8 months, i have been calling for monthly status and they say its pending. Sometimes. I have to call many times because our case manager Brenda is TERRIBLE. She failed to reply to our calls about 90% of the time. We had to escalate the calls to her manager Teresa since Brenda seems to not care or call back for simple monthly status. Go elsewhere. They are too busy or dont care.

They were the worst attorney office I have ever worked with. If you want to get reimbursed for your time and suffering or even get fairly treated this law firm is definitely not the one to choose. I will not go into details about my case, but I REGRET ever choosing them to represent me. The communication is terrible, they are unorganized, they fight for themselves not the client.
