They are pretty high on prices and some of the bud tenders are helpful, some are not. I spend approximately $100 + a week and I always give my $5 discount to the bud tenders as a tip but today was really bothersome- Michael was my bud tender, he is not friendly or helpful at all. I was $1 and change short and he refused to help me and made me pay a second $3.95 charge to remove $1 and change out of my bank account. I will be shopping at The Hill from now on because The Hill treats their customers better.

This place takes advantage of elder patients. Short changed them by $100. Then another trip upsold him on items he didn't need. Updated 10.16.2025, added 2 additional stars to a 1 star review. Purspirit did reach out to mend the errors. Recent visit yielded a more desired outcome.
