I paid my loan off with the exception of one payment and tried repeatedly to get in touch with someone for a month and got no answer. Due to covid I assume but that didn't stop them from taking more money than I owed out of my account after a sent a letter revoking their permission to take money from my account. Don't waste your time.
I went to try to get a installment loan and the rep Sallie helped me to understand what options I have. Needless to say I was denied but Sallie was awesome and very professional and it was a pleasure.
The representative, Sallie, was a very informative and detailed oriented about the process of getting a loan. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you Sallie your AWESOME.
