Awesome customer service. Unable to find size a Concord location. They located the needed size and it was just 20 minutes away. Super cool staff. Highly recommend stores l.
Do yourself a favor, go the Concord location instead. Why? 3 people at the register when I walked in. None greeted me. But they greeted other people when they walked in. Second time I came in here and it's always the same attitude. Especially the young guy. They pretty much never have any medium or large/large tall sized carhartt jackets in carhartt brown. And they can't order any (assuming you can actually get them to help you) I went to the Concord store and I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help finding anyth... read more
Staff here is excellent they treat you like a king
This store has it all! From my keen work boots to the carhartt shirts! Great selection for the blue collar workers! Last time I went had some great help from Crystal! So friendly and helpful! She helped me with all my work gear and even helped pick out some new Heat waves!! Was treated so nice!
