Local resident, just needed some work boots. Staff let me look around but once I needed help they jumped right in. Very educated on all the brands. Was there with my 8 year old son and at check out gave him a sticker which made his day. Veteran discount was a surprise plus. Great staff and surprised with variety and brands offered. Definitely will be back.
Awesome customer service. Unable to find size a Concord location. They located the needed size and it was just 20 minutes away. Super cool staff. Highly recommend stores l.
Do yourself a favor, go the Concord location instead. Why? 3 people at the register when I walked in. None greeted me. But they greeted other people when they walked in. Second time I came in here and it's always the same attitude. Especially the young guy. They pretty much never have any medium or large/large tall sized carhartt jackets in carhartt brown. And they can't order any (assuming you can actually get them to help you) I went to the Concord store and I was greeted right away and asked if I needed help finding anyth... read more
