DON’T GO HERE!!! Too bad you can’t choose “0 stars”My husband purchased a Groupon for me for my birthday which is Christmas Eve. I called to schedule and it took forever to get a response. (Over a week) I called and texted as she suggested. Communication is key, and this business lacks that. I am not talking about 1-3 days before a response, I am talking over a week before you hear back. In her voicemail, she says you can also text her. So I leave a message as well as text her on more than one occasion with an extreme delayed reply. My first text back from her was hard to understand, but I assumed to schedule the appointment. Worst customer service of all time. Never received a massage after calling and messaging for one month. When she finally returned my call I scheduled a basic massage after originally cancelling the groupon. I informed her that I would pay her typical fees without the groupon with no problem. After scheduling a new groupon featuring two massages for 77 dollars was posted and I purchased because with the expectation that I would return and use them if the original massage was good.
