Gotta say. I’ve been coming here for 3+ years. Staff is often super personable but today gave me a bad taste. If your going to ID me everytime which I have no problem with.. you should also be IDENTIFYING the rest of the line who actually looked underage today. Seems when they are busy they don’t ID. Why im writing the review is because the budtender today told me he wouldn’t even talk to me until I showed him an ID. Can’t even be respectful until you know I’m of legal age.. Love the store love the prices keep it up guys I was there recently. There was a mixup with the battery I bought. It was the wrong one. I still had A receipt. Btw but they were more than happy to give me the one that I was supposed to get. I also had my cart malfunction while I was in the store. I had bought it the day before I don’t know what happened but they replaced my cart. No questions asked very happy both scenarios. I did have my receipt, but I’m still extremely happy with their service. I was there today had a probl... read more
Doodle was cute and budtenders are all helpful + knowledgeable. I always forget to stamp my card though
Love love love this store. Always my go to for good product. The staff is super nice, the prices are great. I love their stamp cards for 10% off. I want to give a special shout out. I sadly don't know her name but she's maybe 5'8 + tall and I believe she has shoulder length braids and I think glasses. Usually works the morning. She's... read more
Dorian was really helpful and chill. He actually listened to what I was looking for, gave me a few good options, and explained everything without trying to push me into buying something. Really good customer service and made the visit easy. Thank you Dorian ! :)
