I went and got a cart, and the worker Amy was so nice and cool and gave me a discount! I tried the cart I got and it was amazing too, definitely recommend this store.
Not usually one to write a ton of reviews but I went to the rideau location yesterday and had an awesome experience. I was served by a girl named Amy . She was extremely knowledgeable . Her recommendation and The service was 11/10 .

Had an excellent experience shopping for a gift for my partner here. Lex, in particular, was fantastic. They apologized to us when they briefly left mid-conversation to check on a little girl who had been left waiting outside the shop while her parent shopped inside. No apology was needed however! It made us feel even more secure in taking Lex's advice when we saw they were willing to prioritize people's safety and well-being over making a quick sale.
One of my favourite dispensaries in Ottawa. Great selection of products and friendly staff. You do get the occasional staff member with lack of knowledge in some products however I find this is common in dispensaries but I can normally figure things out on my own. The owner was super patient in assisting me and went above and beyond. My only real complaint is I bought some top shelf flower multiple times and the packaged date on all of them ranged from 4 to almost 6 months.
