Book my appointment online and purchased my Groupon. Then I was given a call the next day saying that they couldn’t On my appointment and they don’t understand why it let me book the appointment which is not my fault then proceeded to tell me they couldn’t get me in for almost another two weeks. Very frustrating and put a bad taste in my mouth. Now I had to go cancel the Groupon and wait 5 to 10 days to get my money back. Very poor customer service and I would not recommend this place.
I did lower leg hair removal. The place was very clean and the staffs was very nice. My tech, Avery was really professional too.

This is a spa with a difference! More scientific in approach and treatment is professional. Well maintained and well trained hands give you confidence to go with the procedures. Quite effective treatment.
Doing laser hair removal with them and after one session I can already see a huge difference! Everyone is super nice and kind and it’s so comfortable!
