WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER! They lost my package multiple times. I ordered a new phone and they lost the package and then started an investigation which lead to them asking me for the serial number of the phone like I WOULD KNOW????? How would I know that??? They are not helpful and very unorganized! If I could give 0 stars I would! I hate this shipping company
1 star and if there is 0 i would give it to them ! They lost my package multiple times and they are so rude!!! I escalated the issue to manager and be promised me to solve it and they lost it again. ! I lost money cuz of this company. Use another company
One of the worst courier companies to deal with. No wonder they are owned by Canada Post. A week for a redelivery when you get promised it'll happened within 48 hours that it won't happen. It'll be easier to deal with if they actually made a delivery attempt in the first place. Confirmed by both our lobby hosts and mail clerk no Purolator truck came and they have the balls to blame the receiver of the package and then make us wait almost an hour for the pickup up is disgusting
Extremely Terrible customer services and cannot reach out an agent forever. Slow delivery and bad experience! Will not recommend to any one!
