If I could give zero stars, I would have. The delivery driver did not even ring the doorbell—just left a note at my door and left. There are no redelivery options, and now I am expected to drive 30 km to pick up my parcel. When I contacted customer service, instead of showing any concern or offering solutions, I was told it was my responsibility to make changes. Ordered from pureletor driver left no doortag, company gave no tracking number and I got a scam like text asking me to click a link which I am not interested in doing. Can’t call either company after business hours. This is nonsense.
