VERY DISAPPOINTED when I tried to return an unused ball of crochet thread. I found it was the wrong color for my project and they had no other options. I was advised that they WOULD NOT DO REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES. Hmmm. Since there was nothing else that would work, what was I supposed to do; buy something else that wouldn't work? VERY DISAPPOINTED in a local company that has such poor customer service policy. I understand that they are a small company "just trying to make it." So are the customers.
