Update: I’ve had three unpleasant experiences with the front desk staff now, and while I let the first two go, this time was unacceptable. A staff member named DaShawn was extremely disrespectful and wrongly accused me of not paying a bill—when in fact, it was due to her own mistake. As a gold member who sees Margo for services every single week, why would I ever just leave without paying? My fiancé and I enjoyed our first ever couples massage here. The experience was absolutely incredible! They made us feel very comfortable and took their time which we both appreciated. Will definitely be back soon.
Had an AMAZING experience with Maryam today. She was thorough, explained everything clearly, and made the chemical peel treatment a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend her and I will definitely be back.
