Incredibly rude staff and make you wait a very long time
Unfortunately not the best nail salon...
DO NOT COME HERE. Worst nail salon I’ve ever gone to! Very rude staff. Charged me $30 to remove/paint one shellac nail after they didn’t have the colour I asked for or they said they had. Insisted I had to pay for the service after only being in there for 5 mins and walking out with no polish or work done on my nails. Absolutely appalled. Left feeling absolutely awful with uneven and sore fingers from them removing my polish twice. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.
This is my local nail salon, the last 3 times I have been for shellac the work has been shoddy. I let it slide but the last time I provided feedback and was dismissed not even listened to and no effort to rectify. No more chances won't go again which is a shame.
