Have been ordering purity coffee for almost 2 years and we love it! The quality is so good and love the taste. I’ve run out and used other beans till a new order arrives and you can tell the difference!! Customer service is very helpful as well I’ve had a bag arrived some how ripped and they sent me a replacement as well ordered while we were moving and forgot to update our address they were able to cancel the order and update our information right away. Alway recommend Purity coffee❤

FABULOUS customer service! I was notified my order was delivered, but it was not in my mailbox. I used the support link, advised to wait to see if it showed up the next day, it did not. Contacted customer service again, Keneia let me know they were contacting the delivery provider to file a claim and Purity would send a replacement. My original order has arrived and I am very glad that I signed up for reoccurring shipments.
