FABULOUS customer service! I was notified my order was delivered, but it was not in my mailbox. I used the support link, advised to wait to see if it showed up the next day, it did not. Contacted customer service again, Keneia let me know they were contacting the delivery provider to file a claim and Purity would send a replacement. My original order has arrived and I am very glad that I signed up for reoccurring shipments. Purity's not everything
I LOVE purity coffee! I get it especially for their decaf! NO yucky ingredients in their coffee while maintaining delicious flavor. The best decaf flavor ive had but it tastes even better knowing its so pure and healthy!
I love this coffee! Finally A coffee I can feel good about in the morning!
