I took my mower here for repair of my blade actuation cable. I was told it would take 1 week to repair. Two weeks later I was still waiting for the job to be completed. Repeated calls solicited the response that they were waiting on parts. Another week later they called and informed me that the mower repair was complete. I picked it up and brought it home. My husband brought our vacumm to get fixed about a month and a half ago. Today we went to pick it up and the told us they SOLD our vacuum because it wasn't picked up. I understand we took a little long to pick up but they should've called ot wrote us a note. The owner's son called the owner and came back saying that he wasn't responsible if not picked up, he said "oh well you didnt pick it up"!
