I love the services offered at Purify and feel great knowing I’m investing in my health when I visit them. The space is lovely and management is so friendly and helpful.
Just started at Purify this past month and I absolutely love it there!! I suffer from chronic pain and inflammation and other ailments and the cold plunge and sauna help so much!! I always go leaving feeling amazing! Rosie has been the best and has helped me and walked me through everything! I always make my appts knowing that she will be there! Definitely five stars!!!!
Contrast therapy session is amazing with cold plunge/sauna combination. Rooms are very clean and spacious

I love this place! The contrast therapy is my jam. I have a monthly membership (4 sessions) and I'm completely addicted. The way the contrast therapy makes me feel after a few "cycles" is incredible. I do a 12 minute sauna followed by a 2 minute cold plunge. After 3 or 4 of these cycles, I'm on cloud nine, smiling from ear to ear.
