Hands down my favorite wellness spot. This place is an absolute gem. From the moment I walk in, I feel calmer — the space is clean, beautifully maintained, and genuinely relaxing. The sauna experience is incredible: deeply detoxifying, grounding, and exactly what my body needs to reset. The red light therapy takes it to another level. I have been going to Purify Short Pump on a regular basis for a couple of years now using the infrared sauna. It is very easy to schedule a session using their website. The sauna itself is of high-quality. They recommend a particular temperature, however, it is easy to adjust the temperature to your own personal liking.
