This place is amazing!! Great customer service and amazing products. I purchased a 510 vape pen for 40 bucks a few months ago, and it had a lifetime warranty. I did need it replaced a couple of times over the last Eight or so months and they were always happy to replace it for free, As long as I have recliptic, etc. The "o-pen" is now only 30 bucks, if u vape yeah its great and even has a dabs setting. And the warranty!! But yes this place is amazing!! Thanks for your help and time guys.
Went in a couple weeks back and was looking for a gummy that would help me sleep. They recommended something for me however the taste was so bad it kept me up all night. I brought it back told them about it. They said there was nothing they could do. This was after they recommended that Particular product. The guy at the counter had an “oh well” attitude. The store is close to my home and I’ve spent hundreds in there previously. The attitude and the lack of standing behind a product today endorse they lost a Goodcustomer.
PurePuff on Rt 73 in Berlin is one of the best smoke shops around. The employees here are very knowledgeable in what they sell and are always willing to answer any questions. I have purchased many things over the years and have never been disappointed by anything. I have purchased a bunch of different O.pens here over the years that have a lifetime warranty and I have had to use the warranty a few times before and have had no problems doing so.
