⭐☆☆☆☆ I would not recommend renting from this U-Haul location. My experience was frustrating from start to finish. When I picked up the truck, no employee came outside to do a walk-through with me or inspect the vehicle for existing damage. That alone was concerning. To make matters worse, the truck was absolutely filthy. The cargo area had sticky spilled milk, coffee, and other messes throughout the back. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. The place is well kept and I am already happy I chose them.
Moving can be rough but Nicole made it easy on us. She was helpful with getting our U-Haul checked out and helped us check it back in. Grateful they weren’t busy and had a truck for us as a walk in on a Saturday.
