Nancy was very helpful on my 2nd call because 1st lady I talked to on help line told me no one was onsite to help me but she did give me number to call and that’s when I reached Nancy and she was onsite and we agreed l could come in and get set up and move in immediately.So upon reaching storage unit Nancy had my info already as I had filled out short reservation and received confirmation number.
