I bought packages for Cryotherapy facials AND Cool Sculpt. I heard they left in the middle of the night to avoid detection! Now I’m out THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! I should have listened to my gut… what a bunch of SCAMMERS! Karma will catch up to them. In the meantime this really sucks to be out thousands of dollars!
I bought a package for 6 facials. I only received 2 of them and now am unable to reach anyone. I am out $400 less ones learned on my part.
Extremely disappointing! I spent a lot of money on treatments for which initially (between Oct 2024- January 2025) everything was great. However, following that, things became flaky. I was stood up many times for appointments, heard a lot of apologies, was lied to, and finally they (twin sisters Kim and Veronica) packed up and left their business without refunding my money (and likely many others’ money). It appears this company went out of business. I have been trying to reach someone for over week and it goes straight to voice mail. Thanks goodness I did not shell out over two thousand for the neo emsculpt! I was getting ready to sign up and now they are unreachable. I dodged a major bullet.
