Tried out Alma’s Hatha class. That was a great class, loved the sequence, and my body felt perfectly aligned afterwards.
I'm relatively new, but the instructor's are fantastic. I love the class options - there's something for everyone
Great Hatha style classes, highly recommend all of Amber's classes, helped a lot with my injury rehabilitation
