Denied our claim as their protector couldn't protect the mattress from a cat that urinated on the bed. Deemed it a "preventable accident". By the sheer nature of that statement, they would appear to deny all claims, since every accident could be argued as being a preventable one. The whole process with submitting a claim is somewhat painful. Submitted photo evidence same day as requested and yet they alleged it took 5+ days to receive it. Deceitful. Waste of money.
