A friend had seen this shop on google maps and told me she thought it looked like a place I would enjoy. The Friday before Christmas I was in the area so I checked to see if they were open. Yes, they are open, so I stopped in. I entered what looked like a tiny tea warehouse. Boxes of tea were lining the walls. The owner is incredibly kind. I didn’t see an option to pick my tea variety on the website for a tasting box, and she told me to come in and let me make the box with her! She brought me to the tasting room and explained all the teas and let me smell them. She put the box together and shipped it to my sister. Lovely business run by a lovelier woman. There was a wide variety of teas and they all looked and smelled amazing. But her customer service alone will make me return
Great business selling great teas. I contacted pureblend with a query on the best way to get some teas in a hurry and the owner got back to me with complete information quickly to help me figure out how to get my teas in time. This is an example of a business with excellent presence and service both locally and online, which isn't common. Catch them at Lancaster Central market or at some local farmers markets. Excellent product.
There are so many yummy teas to choose from and the cocoa is my favorite! It’s not filled with chemicals and sugar like store brands.
