My daughter and I paid $400 for a spa package that was an 90 minutes each. They said they were going to put a cold hair mask on with a steamer and leave us for 10 minutes. Yeah not 10 minutes more like 40 minutes. They said they would show us our scalp a before and after. Just a before. They it said it came with different kinds of massage. My husband and I booked a session sometime back for a facial that was advertised but ended up showing a day early. The sad part was two ppl were in the front made us feel like we were the problem. One gentleman snickered and said "oh look a walk in" and the female spoke to us in this wanna be "cali tone". We're older and sadly my husband and I were so captured by the deals and advertisements we thought it would have been nice to try. Unfortunately we just went somewhere else. First time getting a Japanese head spa and visiting this spa and everything was absolutely amazing. Sofia was super sweet and amazing all the way to the end. She explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The space was absolutely beautiful and very clean and music was super relaxing.
Absolutely love Pure Wellness Spa! Every visit is such a great experience, the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Lilianna especially, always so wonderful and informative, she really makes you feel taken care of. The B12 shots are amazing and definitely do exactly what they're supposed to do. It really is a one stop shop, every Saturday they host morning workout classes with Coach Tony who's super friendly and motivating, I always leave feeling the burn (and usually with a new wellness drink in hand lol).
