was excited for my first facial here, it started late which is okay that happens, but the girl in the front told me i would still get my full hour and it ended up ending 10-15 mins early and i didn’t realize after i left and even left a tip :(( i booked on classpass

Jadyn was an amazing esthetician! I was scheduled for a dermaplane facial and I feel like my skin looks amazing and brighter! She did a fantastic job and was super nice and helpful. The facial was incredibly relaxing and just what i needed!
I had the most amazing facial with Jodie! She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the whole experience. The treatment was relaxing, refreshing, and my skin has never looked or felt better. Jodie truly went above and beyond—her attention to detail and skill made the entire facial feel luxurious. I can’t recommend her enough!!
$350 in Hidden Charges + Damaging Products – Stay Away! If I could give zero stars, I would. This business charged me over $350 in “late cancellation” fees—even when I followed their 24-hour rescheduling policy and showed up to the rescheduled appointments. I’ve been billed twice for the same tip, charged late fees on days I was physically at the facility, and even charged a second $50 fee while getting the service.
