I had my first hypnotherapy with Allie almost a week ago. Prior to my appointment I'd been feeling a large amount of overwhelm, both physically and emotionally. Since my session I have been feeling lighter, more energized, like a fog has lifted. My undertakings have felt less daunting, my emotions more stable. I cannot recommend Allie highly enough.
Allie is phenomenal. She is professional, kind, caring with a good listening ear. After 40 years of smoking cigarettes, I was able to walk into her facility, be hypnotized and walk out and to never pick up another cigarette again. I’ve been to many hypnotist and was never successful. I am grateful for her. I would highly recommend her. Received Reiki and energy healing from Allie as a follow up most recently. As always she is excellent! She works magic with nothing but the purest intentions to help others.
