I have two experiences to share for Pure Space Hypnosis and bother are just amazing. The first is why we first went there. It was for my daughter as it related to sports- both performance and anxiety. She is a high level athlete and she was experiencing some serious emotional barriers. I went to see Joe mostly because I was having severe anxiety, he explained the process, how everything works and why it works. I am two weeks out of our first session and the difference is unbelievable. My “take as needed” meditation has not been taken at all. I wish I would have done this sooner.
Dr. Crisantis work is truly incredible. He helped me out so much with my changing my mindset about baseball and life in general. I definitely would recommend.
