We have 5 busy spas and need a lot of supplies. Pure Spa has such a big selection and even when my other suppliers are out of stock, they either magically have it or offer me a great alternative... sometimes we permanently switch to the alternative suggestions as they are either better or the same and less expensive. CERTAINLY worth trying them out.
The worst quality of products! I bought a $4000 pc of equipment that showed up without a users manual and was broken. They offered up another one to be shipped and when it arrived it also was broken and did not come with a users manual.. They offered to email me the user manual which they did and also finally sent a paper one. I returned the two expensive machines and still months later have not received a credit for the shipping.
