This was the worst massage I have ever had, and that includes having give a toddler "massage" by jumping off of the couch onto my back. I doubt this woman was licenced. There was a clear language barrier and she informed me that I would be getting a 60 minute table massage. I really wanted a chair massage but it became very clear that it was table massage or nothing. When we got in the room she told me to take off my clothes, there was no sheet for privacy. They refused to offer service to me. I made an appt in the app. & then showed up on time. I'd tried to get help finding the place in the mall but they didn't answer the phone. An elderly gentleman in NY did call me back however, he's no connection to the spa. Apparently they don't even have a real phone # listed. When I sat down in the lobby, the place appeared vacant. Went to the place and they got me in fast, but the stones they used for the massage were too hot and left on certain spots so long that I developed a second degree burn with blisters on my spine that are extremely painful. I called to let them know to prevent this from happening from another client but when I called and let them know, they told me that it was normal to get blisters as it was toxins leaving my body. DONT GO HERE!! Went for a table massage a lady was doing it and later on another person came in started massaging my foot and said if I wanted to add a massage and i said oh yea thats fine. At this point there are 2persons doing the massage and kept talking. Then another person 3rd person came in asking if I wanted a hand massage I said no and they kept asking me if i wanted it. They all started talking together. I felt like I was getting scammed never experienced something like this.
