Appointment was booked nearly a week in advance with a specific, requested aesthetician. Upon arrival, I was informed—without consultation—that a “switch” had been made, despite the originally requested aesthetician being present and available. The change occurred 10–15 minutes after I arrived, with no discussion or alternative offered. Completely disrespectful handling of a pre-booked appointment. I’ll be avoiding future bookings.

I had my lashes done by Katy and I LOVE the result. She is skilled and so quick! A week later, they are still going strong!—The last time I got them done at another spa they barely lasted, so I am so impressed with both the initial result and I have reason to believe they will last at least a full 8 week cycle ☺️☀️.
