My masseuse walked in with me. We were 15 early, but she was not prepared. She started my massage 25 minutes after my original start time. I scheduled the massage and facial combo. It was supposed to be a 90 min appointment, I was on the table for one hour. I was also supposed to received. a foot scrub, but did not receive that because I was told later that I was pregnant, which is fine, but that was not communicated upfront. I scheduled a service for my wife here. She came back asking for another gift card! The place was very clean & her staff member was amazing. Thank you for treating her with so much care. We have had a very hard year. I spoke to someone on the phone prior to booking this appointment and she made booking easy and was very kind. We will be back!!!

Had an appointment for 4:30 showed up to a locked door. No sign, no one answering texts, phone calls or returning voicemail. 345 St Charles Ave and nothing. Just a random house.
