I scheduled a service for my wife here. She came back asking for another gift card! The place was very clean & her staff member was amazing. Thank you for treating her with so much care. We have had a very hard year. I spoke to someone on the phone prior to booking this appointment and she made booking easy and was very kind. We will be back!!!
Very unprofessional
Had an appointment for 4:30 showed up to a locked door. No sign, no one answering texts, phone calls or returning voicemail. 345 St Charles Ave and nothing. Just a random house.
Not a good experience for me. The massage therapist hardly addressed the areas I have problems with, skipping my right calf problem, rubbing in a mechanical bored way. The whole time there was someone walking around the building in high heels on wood floors. They even interrupted my session for an unrelated reason. I wouldn't go back even for a free session. Came in for a couples massage, left scheduling a massage elsewhere. They didn’t massage the front of my legs, my thighs, or my feet at all. The areas I asked for focus on were barely addressed. Was supposed to be deep tissue but the pressure was inconsistent and never more than firm. There was zero technique and the massage was very all over the place.
