One year later, very disappointed. As I got a gift card by my employer for a spa treatment, I decided to see on the Solace Day Spa webpage. If they still accept gift cards from the vendor, I received my card, and it stated so As I booked my appointment on the phone, I mentioned it wouldn't take the giftcard at the scheduling link when I tried so I gave the information over the phone and made sure their location was aware it was a gift card and from where! Booked a 90 minute deep tissue with one person who I read about on the website and who had experience with issues I was having. Showed up and was given another massause who did not do deep tissue or even address the issues we talked about. And she kept walking away to take gloves off and put them on because she was scratched by her cat. It was nowhere near 90 minutes with all the glove issues and was not even close to deep tissue. Such a waste of money and time.
I absolutely love Solace Day Spa! I have been going here for more than 10 years and have never left disappointed. They are always friendly, the spa is clean and relaxing, and it’s one of my favorite places to visit!
I love Solace Day Spa so much! It’s the best place in NWA to get multiple services and actually feel like you are at a spa! You won’t get a better massage anywhere else! Facials and other treatments are amazing as well! Best prices and even better quality. Whether for yourself or a girls day or the perfect gift package- don’t go anywhere else!
Receiving gift cards or gifting myself massages at Solace Day Spa is such a treat! This spa has such a calm and welcoming environment. From deep tissue to prenatal massages, the therapists there always cater to my individual needs. My husband loves getting massages here too.
