I’ve purchased gift certificates from this esthetician twice, and both experiences have been disappointing. The first time, I had trouble even booking the appointment because I couldn’t get any help or clear communication about how to schedule. The second time, things somehow went worse. I can’t stress enough how much I love Z! She’s literally the best at what she does. She’s always extremely professional & thorough. I’ve been a client of her for 6+ years. I started out getting waxed but transitioned to getting sugared. Best decision ever. Z is literally so informative and will walk you through what services will be the best for you personally.
