I had the best experience going to Pure + Simple Spa! The staff are so kind and welcoming, and the whole place feels calm and relaxing the second you walk in. My treatment was amazing. Because I have very sensitive skin i was worried about if there would be issues finding the products that were fit for me. They took the time to ensure all my skins needs were met my skin looks and feels incredible. I can’t wait to come back!
Pure + Simple Spa is my go-to place whenever I need to relax and recharge. The moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and a calming atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. My treatment was perfect— so soothing and exactly what I needed. The staff really listen and make you feel cared for from start to finish. I always leave feeling refreshed, pampered, and happy. Can’t recommend them enough!
Probably the worst Pure and Simple I’ve been to and I’ve been to three (King West which is the best) and Missisauga. While the other two did, the Waterloo branch did not offer any tea or water which I found unwelcoming. They did offer use of the toilet though. The esthetician was a nice lady but the treatment itself was pretty basic/standard. I didn’t feel like she knew too much about skin and it hurt when extractions were being done.
