Edit Aug 25: I'm very disappointed in the response below from the spa. I'm happy to come in and review any camera footage to indicate that my mother (who I was standing next to) did request her head to be included. As well, you didn't reiterate that the RMT apologized at the front desk for her mistake, indicating that my mom did actually request something that was missed. Came in today for the first time for a relaxing massage, the front desk was supper polite and helpful, the massage was 10/10 definitely will be back
I had a wonderful head spa experience today. Sofia did an amazing job — very professional, caring, and attentive. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. Highly recommend asking for Sofia!
I will say the customer service here is amazing, the employees are always welcoming. I was here aug 12 for a shellac manicure and it started to chip 2 days after the service. I was really disappointed because my service wasnt cheap. It hasn't been two complete weeks and i already need to go and get my nails fixed. Just be aware that the shellac is not good quality. I might come back for a different service but not for nails.
