(revisited) I returned to the spa. Very good service I received a free treatment which was awesome. I highly recommend the head spa it's amazing and calming. My wife and I visited your spa today to celebrate our anniversary. She had purchased a 45-minute massage and a facial for both of us, and also surprised me with a pedicure and manicure. We were informed that staff were finishing their shifts soon, so my pedicure and manicure would be done at the same time. While I was waiting, I mentioned that I was just waiting for my wife to complete the payment. Throughout the service there were frequent loud conversations from the hallway (specifically right outside my door) and front desk, the debit machine repeatedly approving transactions, cupboards slamming from other rooms, and conversations between other clients during the shared head spa session despite signage encouraging quiet voices.
