We're the South Carolina lowcountry's first and only halotherapy wellness studio. We offer 45 minute dry salt therapy sessions in our signature salt room and children's salt room. Located in Shelter Cove Harbour in Hilton Head Island, our Himalayan salt room, with our state-of-the-art halogenerator, offer respiratory, skin, and overall wellness benefits.

The Pure Salt Team is the best! From yoga to halo therapy, you couldn’t ask for a better experience. Check them out for a weekend getaway, momcation, bach party, or really any reason to take care of yourself! Any trip to Hilton Head should include a stop here.
I had a sinus infection for a couple days and went to the doctor the other day. I wanted to speed up my recovery time, so I went to the Pure Salt Studio on Wednesday and did the Salt Cave experience The atmosphere is a spa like setting and there was sooothing music inside the salt cave. I sat and reclined on a Zero Gravity chair, so you are ergonomically correct. Diane leads an amazing meditation class! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and has a wonderful way of guiding you into a relaxed, centered state. I look forward to her Monday class every week. Perfect way to reset and recharge. Highly recommend!
