We're the South Carolina lowcountry's first and only halotherapy wellness studio. We offer 45 minute dry salt therapy sessions in our signature salt room and children's salt room. Located in Shelter Cove Harbour in Hilton Head Island, our Himalayan salt room, with our state-of-the-art halogenerator, offer respiratory, skin, and overall wellness benefits.

I can’t recommend The Salt Studio enough, especially their Salt Studio Meditation sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays! I’ve now attended twice, and each experience has been unique and deeply enriching. Went here as part of my bachelorette and had a private yoga class in the salt room! We had such a fantastic time, the space was so calm and inviting and Lindsay led a peaceful class. She communicated with us on our preferences and we had the best time. Plan for some time to shop around after.
