Convenient location and very clean studio. Great skin products and salt scrubs to buy. We did the trifecta package of Salt therapy, infrared sauna and cold plunge. We felt amazing after the session. Lindsey was very knowledgeable in sharing the benefits of the services and super friendly. We can’t wait to return again.
When I vacation in Hilton Head, I always visit the Pure Salt Studios. The salt room has comfortable ergonomic reclining cushioned chairs. The owner, Lindsay, is so lovely and helpful. I have had a cough, that lingered for several years. Attending 45 min. salt sessions weekly has improved my cough and throat clearing issues. I highly recommend visiting here.
great for a quick cold plunge, especially since the hotel spas in the area don't have it. I'm sure all the services are wonderful, and I may check some out next time I'm on the island..... a fine operation. Lindsey was great.
My daughter and I received massages in the salt room with Chase. We did deep tissue massage after two weeks of golf, tennis, bike rides and pickleball. It was amazing and much needed! Worth every penny. Beautiful facility and very friendly and comfortable.
I booked the Trifecta for 2 and it was wonderful. What a peaceful Spa! Would recommend to anyone.
